CLÍNICA CORACHAN, S.A. —hereinafter, CLÍNICA CORACHAN—, in accordance with the legislation in force on personal data protection, informs users of the website www.corachan.com —hereinafter, the Website— of the privacy policy that will apply to the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by users when accessing the Website.
By providing personal data through the Website and, where applicable, by ticking the corresponding acceptance boxes, the user expressly consents to CLÍNICA CORACHAN processing such data under the terms of this privacy policy and for the purposes set out herein.

Our company is part of Grup Corachan and, on certain occasions, a user’s curriculum vitae may match vacancies at other companies within the same business group. In such cases, the data will be processed for the same purpose and for the same period indicated above. If there is a vacancy that may match the user’s profile, we will contact the user to request authorisation to send the curriculum vitae to those companies. We use Microsoft Corporation’s Online Services for business, including tools such as Office 365 and Azure. Their use constitutes an international data transfer authorised by the Spanish Data Protection Agency: TI-00032-2014_Resolucion-de-fecha-09-05-2014. The sending of information, such as newsletters, may be carried out using Mailchimp technology, which entails a transfer of data to the United States, a country that does not provide a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union. The Website uses cookies for analytical and advertising purposes. Acceptance of these cookies entails the disclosure of data to third parties as described in the cookies policy, as well as the international transfer of data to the United Kingdom, a country declared by the European Commission to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area, and to the United States, a country that does not provide a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area. |
