We treat uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts through an individualised assessment, taking into account the symptoms, age, reproductive plans and characteristics of each lesion. When indicated, minimally invasive techniques are used, including laparoscopy or Da Vinci robotic surgery in selected cases, with the aim of preserving gynaecological function and accelerating recovery.
