Hysteroscopy allows precise exploration of the inside of the uterus and treatment of certain intrauterine conditions, such as polyps, submucosal fibroids, uterine malformations or abnormal bleeding. It is a highly useful diagnostic and therapeutic technique, with a less invasive approach than conventional surgery.
